- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3 years of call center experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must be able to relate to individuals and be supportive
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Successfully complete and pass: a criminal background check, drug test, and driver's license check
