The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments, moving material to appropriate stock location, and pulling material for orders. This position coordinates communication between the parts department and service department, as well as to other locations to ensure proper shipments and time-frames.

• Pick and pack material for orders and technician replenishment
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials match shipping documentation
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality
• Prepare shipping documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Report defective or questionable material conditions to Parts Manager
• Use a computer to operate software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Assist in other day to day functions of the parts department including but not limited to processing sales orders, transfers, purchase orders and sub warehouse replenishment
• Operate forklift as needed
• Load and unload trucks
• Keep warehouse in clean and organized condition
• Drive company vehicle to deliver material to technician or customer
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching
• May require lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and other standard office machines

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate/GED or the equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience in shipping/receiving preferred
• Good math skills
• Able to organize and find parts organized in alphanumeric order
• Must be able to use UPS/Fed Ex software
• Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to drive a forklift
• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail
• Able to perform repetitive tasks
• Available to work extended hours and weekends
• Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Successfully complete and pass: a criminal background check, drug test, and driver's license check
