    The Dispatcher is responsible for the utilization of drivers and vehicles, to maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers. The Dispatcher must be dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


    • Dispatch pending service jobs to the field technician’s cell phone and GPS system 
    • Communicate with customers and department head to assure that our goal of on-time professional service is reached on every service call
    • Distribute calls in a way that maximizes company productivity but with a focus on good departmental fairness
    • Document the job status and invoice number when the technician completes the job
    • Establish follow-ups with the department of any jobs that require a return visit
    • Handle multiple calls at one time
    • Quickly learn the dispatch software and customer master in the Company’s business system
    • Interact with our technicians and the administrative staff


    • High school diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 2 years' of dispatching experience
    • Detailed, dependable and honest professional with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Excellent data entry skills
    • Observe all company procedures and safety rules
    • Successfully complete and pass: a criminal background check, drug test, and driver's license check
