  • Overview

    The Call Center Representative will coordinate within the Corporate office to answer nationwide incoming calls that need to be redirected to the correct department or branch, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information. 

    The Representative should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator. 

    Working Conditions:

    • Call Center environment which includes sitting for extended periods of time
    • Corporate office environment - this includes professional dress and manner at all times


    • Professionally interact with each caller
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
    • Route calls to the correct branch location or department
    • Research required information using available resources
    • Assign pending service jobs to manufacturers
    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
    • Complete call logs and produce call reports
    • Handle multiple calls at one time
    • Identify and escalate priority issues
    • Quickly learn the call center software and customer master directory in the Company’s business system
    • Meet customer service and key performance requirements


    • High school Diploma or equivalent required
    • At least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in a corporate environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills - must be able to relate to individuals and be supportive
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Proficient in relevant computer applications
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
    • Excellent data entry and typing skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Successfully complete and pass: a criminal background check, drug test, and driver's license check
